Toolkit

Every person who works in Ops, wether you're in Product, HR, Delivery or a more traditional role has a toolkit. A set of templates, a format or layout, a configuration or formula that is tried and tested.

This is my tried and tested Toolkit. I have either written or built myself, or have found and made my own from someone else kind enough to share their own learnings (and all always give credit, it's important to recognise others).

Templates will be things that you can directly use, take a look and know that you have permission in advance to use, edit, share or whatever you like with them. Feel free to link directly to the page, as I do edit and update regularly.

Tools will be software or services that I use and recommend. If a tool is on the list, it's as strong as endorsement I can give and use it myself, or have in the past in companies I've worked at. Note that there are no paid endorsements of tools. This comes from use in real world scenarios where the tool works and solves the problems I have.
